Out of those I reckon they'd use Say It as the best one!
But only 3 of their 6 Album releases have had a title track so it'll be something Noel reads on a T-shirt again presumably...

I like revolution man.. kinda has a lennon feel to it
tho the rise and fall will probably be fitting a close to oasis if this is indeed their last album.. I hope it isn't tho

out of those choices i think stop the clocks would sound pretty sweet but i doubt there'll be a title track on the album, i think they'll go for something more inspiring.
