so, anyone a fan of the who? i am. i bought their DVD live in 2000 feat. noel gallagher.
they are amazing live and john entwhislte was by far one of the best bassits in the world, and still is in my opinion

they rock!! i love my generation, substitute, pictures of lily etc and i love those live recordings from various gigs (beerbaron have posted a link to them somewhere) they're roaring, not boring! (k it sounds stupid..)
and the stones are rather dull compared to the who

you want a good review bout yer own taste in music? then tell us whether ya like the who or not... lol - my music taste is second to none i could of sworn i already posted in this thread? strange. anyhow, i have a kind of divided opinion of the Who. For some reason they've never quite grabbed me. i'm not sure why - some great tunes like My Generation, pinball wizard, baba O'reilly (spl?) anywhere anyhow etc.. but still i just cant really get into them. all great musicians and of course they had the rock n roll attitude. i like them - will never love them though ok, now back to Wilco... |
