YES YES YES!!!!! Great turnaround by Kimi!! Missed the race today (as with most the season) but delighted for Kim i and Ferrari. Would have made a fair few bucks if I had of put my money ehere my mouth was at the start of the champonship and half way through!
Kimi wins title as Lewis's hopes evaporate Sunday, 21, October, 2007, 18:44 Kimi Raikkonen completed one of the most sensational world title comebacks of all-time to win a maiden crown in Brazil as Lewis Hamilton’s championship dream evaporated in agonising fashion.

Been a fan of Kimi since he started, he should have won in '03 and '05 but McLaren's reliabilty let him down - and now their reliability has gifted him the title! Fantastic. I personally would have liked to see Hamilton win, what with the amazing season he's had and the fact that I've always been a McLaren supporter, but surely only a Nazi would be upset to see Raikkonen win. He has got to be the best driver of the bunch.
If this FIA enquiry results in the disqualification of the Williams and BMW cars, giving Lewis the title, it will just top off what has been a season nearly ruined by off-track politics. Not the way it should be.

Y'know, I just realised - I agree! Thanks for opening my eyes! All these years of my life, wasted. What have I been doing?! I must be mental or something. What sort of a name for a sport is Formula One anyway, eh? Tsk. Thanks Ross. Actually, I was joking. Sorry.

Bordais for the title next year! Sorry but Bordais>Hamilton and I'm sticking to it. Maybe some of these drivers should do champ cars and see how different (and interesting) it is

Just finished reading peter kays biog and he only goes up to his 21 year of age. im sure another will follow with the rest of his career though. whats the difference? and you dont think hes acheived much? what drugs are you on? granted he might go on to acheive a hell of alot more but to say he hasnt done much so far is fuckin idiotic

So far in his life, hamilton has acheived a fuckin lot. He's become an international icon.

Autobiographies should come at the end of your career, not the beginning.

What's weird is he must have finished writing it before the end of the season, because it was out as soon as the last race was over. So all it must say is "I've always been really competitive, I was good at sports, got a go-kart, my dad said if I worked hard at school he'd keep paying for me to go racing, I went racing, won loads, got to GP2, that was easy, got to Formula One, and I might win the championship, I dunno yet."
Anyone watching F1 in the UK doesn't need to read it anyway. ITV's coverage was packed full of Hamilton, it got boring very quickly. Before the races started in the build-up, it was just a life story of him and an interview, every race. It got to the point where I'd only turn the telly on when the race started.
Steve Rider and Mark Blundell also really piss me off, but that's another story.

Don't get me wrong, I never said they're wern't cash-ins.
I just don't agree with Ross that "it's pointless".
Like i said, Peter Kays autobiog only goes up to when he was 21 so whats the difference cause i cant see any?
Oh, and im sure everyone here (if in hamiltons shoes) would turn down the nice £1million cheque he got for writing it.
