We're fucked basically. Remember how we fell apart when he went off against Portugal two years ago?

out for 6 weeks with a broken foot Could be back for England you reckon, for the world cup? Would be very tight if so... Problem is he is a bit of a lard arse, so in 6 weeks he wont be fit, & he will probably be fat. Owen came on and went off injured . Woe is us.... Dilly maybe we should place a bet on England, odds will be a hell of alot better than yesterday. Gerrard looks hot though if no one else does.

It would be a very tasty bet! I reckon Rooney will make it back, but there are a few people that could the job I think if those two don't make it. Bent and Defoe would be great, top finishing and pace and Crouch would give something different! But I thought England would fuck it up before these injuries...something is bound to f'k it up for them

Anyone reckon that Gerrard could do a decent job in Rooney's position. He can do most thing that Rooney does like track back, shoot, set up owen etc. I reckon he'd do well and it means we could avoid putting him and Lampard in midfield and enable Carrick or King to play. Obviously this is very sad Linekar looked devestated on MOTD yesterday. Why does this always happen to us? It never happens to Brazil. I bet Ronaldinho will be injury free at the world cup.

He's just jealous he hasn't got the skilllls when it comes to betting! hey my coupon came up yesterday. £50 Linekar looked devestated on MOTD yesterday. sorry lads, but that was funny as fuck, i was pissing myself when i saw lineker last night! ;D seriously, thats a good shout for gerrard to play in rooneys position. he's the type of player who could do a job in any position. some goal he scored yesterday

Globe. Laugh at our problems when you can beat Belarus at home. We still have a team that can go far the World Cup. You can't get to the playoffs to qualify. ;D And yes, Gerrard's goal was great, which is why he should have Rooney's role for the first game or two. We'll need Rooney when it comes to the knockout phase.

If that happens Globe then we should keep Gerrard there the whole time. I don't fancy Crouch leading the line and Bent had a poor debut against Uruguay.

hes one player, not your best one, i still rate you lot of wankers as much as i did the other day, have faith in your team more than this i have faith if we play are best team but i worry what sven will do. i fear that crouch will be used just because he is a different option not because he is world cup class. i think owen may be played yet his game is reliant on pace and sharpness i also would rather wes brown play at the back not rio as this season he hasn't even been the best ferdinand. We may also play ashley cole who hasn't played in months. As for rooney if his isn't ready to play then he shouldn't play. lets face it at the beggining of the season the team pretty much picked itself and that isn't the case now this is the team i would play Robinson A. Cole (if 100% fit) Brown Terry G. Neville J. Cole Lampard Carrick Wright Phillips Gerrard Defoe

As for height it's not that important. and i would also play owen if he is 100% fit.
