Well.. that just proves: 1. Argentina is fucked up in the WC 2. Riquelme is a pussy. 3. Lehmann is so much better than Kahn and should be the goalie for Germany for the WC.

ROFL. I knew this thread would be made. And he deserves it. For all the things that he's said he should be embarrassed for the whole next season.

what a fine line between success & failure
If Jens had guessed the other way, it would have been likely, given the tempo, Villarreal would have gone on to win... People would be picking holes in Arsenal's performance left, right and centre tonight
.......BUT HE DID GO THE RIGHT WAY!
LOVIN' THE ARSE!!

dude, not once did i say anything about the CL but i did say its pathetic to lose to teams like: Everton, WBA.... and how its pathetic that we are in 5th and how badly we've struggled now, as ive said all along, this a transitional year...ive been saying that since september yeh the AW being sacked claims are absurd....but it gets fuckin frustrating when he rests 7 players vs Pompey and draws 1-1, then takes off Henry, Persie and Hleb vs WBA and it ALMOST happened again, and then he rests Henry and Fab vs Spurs and we suffer again. Wenger is amazing when it comes to developing players, fixing players mentalities, bettering Arsenal -stadium, diet, training ground etc but he SUCKS when it comes to tactics (team selection, and esp subs....) it takes 20mins for a player to get the feel for a game, i hate it when managers sub in the 80th min (or later)....v rarely will that have an effect -- 89th min, penalty...SAVED....how dramatic can you get.... i dont think it was a penalty. maybe there was contact, but he went down looking like Lions plowed into him ( ).... Villarreal are fuckin divers....i thought Chelsea and Utd were bad, but VR spend most of the time on the ground, pathetic we played poorly, but its the result that matters....we did a Chelsea tonight (sit back and defend the first leg lead). It worked...just. bring on Barca/AC on May 17....i think we will get destroyed, but yeh i have faith, and i also remember Pool last year, stunning match that i would love to finish 5th and win the CL....fuckin Spuds would be gutted

i just watched the highliights again
that was NEVER a penalty.....fuckin cheats
how can someone support villarreal, they are fuckin divers
now THATS karma, what goes around comes around
I cant believe the ref gave it....the ref was poor all night, but that was the worst decision he made....but big Jens owned whoever the fuck took the penalty

That was a penalty anywhere in the world man. On this point, I agree with live4ever - it was a total fucking dive and justice was served - on Lehmann's terms!! ;D Arsenal looked knackered last night. We could barely satring 4 passes together and had nothing going forwrad. Villareal had all the chances and blew them all. TOUGH SHIT PELLEGRINI!! We're in the fucking Final!!! COME ON YOU GUNNERS!!!

Just remember we are knackered now! but we finish on 7th May and have 10 days to rest up before the big one...same as before the Juve match when Pompey bit the dust. I believe in fate and we will lift that big jug on May 17th regardless of who we play, we were shite last night (compared to the flowing football we all love), Jenneth saved a peno and we have now gone 919 minutes without having a goal conceded obliterating the previous record of 7 games by AC Milan....we are in the final plain and simple, just like I said to my Pool supporting mates when 3-1 down to Luton Town and they won 5-3 I said stick your house on them lifitng the FA Cup, it is their year..just like it is our year for the 50th European Cup..in Paris..TH14 to lift it up and sign on for four more years! LOVE IT!

How the fuck can you be in a "transitional phase" and be in the European Cup Final? It's the most sought after trophy in Europe, you don't get there by luck. The amount of clean sheets shows how much of a unit the Arsenal team are.
If Wenger didn't rest big name players in a league game 2-4 days before a CL match, Arsenal wouldn't be anywhere near the final.
But I still hope the fuckers loose the final - but will probally contunie the trend of supprise winners

You cant be lucky in EVERY match (should have made it more clear ) I don't like arsenal but they deserve to be there, your saying Juve & Real didn't play to their standards, very true, buts who's fault is that? Not Arsenals anyway, Wenger got it right with tactics and it pisses me off people calling for managers heads anytime a result goes wrong and then praising him like he god when they win. P.S. Heres to Arsenals UEFA Cup run next season ;D (God, I hope I haven't spoken too soon )

LOL. If Arsenal don't win the CL it's gonna be Thursday nights on Channel 5 with John Barnes against Rapid Bucharset. If that doesn't spur Arsenal on I wonder what can.
