I think the more interesting question would be pick two Oasis albums you couldn't live without that don't include DM and WTSMG.

WTSMG and DOYS, the ones I've listened to most by a mile.

Gotta be honest, are people hearing something I'm not on DOYS vs. SOTSOG/HC?

Gotta be honest, are people hearing something I'm not on DOYS vs. SOTSOG/HC? Yep, days like today, it's actually by far my least favourite Oasis album. Two absolute belters with Shock and Falling Down but that's it for me. I know the last quarter of the album gets grief but I can't stand things like Waiting For The Rapture either. Heathen Chemistry seriously might win over it, all for the sake of saving those four excellent singles and nothing else.

Gotta be honest, are people hearing something I'm not on DOYS vs. SOTSOG/HC? Here are my favorite songs off DOYS: Bag It Up The Turning The Shock of the Lightning To Be Where There's Life
Falling Down Soldier On
And here are my favorite songs from those other two albums combined, that I would rate as highly as the ones from DOYS: Gas Panic Stop Crying Your Heart Out Songbird
It's no contest for me.

As a newbie to this site I’m heartened by the positivity about BHN that I keep encountering here. I know I’m now among fellow band partisans, but for me BHN is a fantastic we’ve-arrived conclusion to the whole 1994-97 run of brilliance. Sure, some songs could be shorter or changed out (I’m sure there’s a thread about such speculations somewhere on this forum), but along with the b-sides and outtakes it’s prime golden-age Oasis.

Unapologetically the first two.
Was there then, and it was incredible.
