Which website? What time? Setup? When to refresh? Tickets and date you're going for?

The ticketmaster waiting room opened about 35 mins before the start of the presale (6.25pm for 7pm), so login to the site an hour early, go to Oasis page, and refresh every minute from saying 8.15am

Today I refresh so many times to try to give you the information, that ticketmaster blocked my account for suspicion to be a bot 🙃
So really hope it doesn't happen tomorrow 🥵

Tickets go on sale 5 AM here in Brazil so I'll have to wake up at 4 to join the queue! The ultimate sacrifice for my favourite band (and I'm not even confident on my odds, but let's try haha).
Anyway, as I said on another thread, my wife is 14 weeks pregnant so we'll have a 4-month old baby by the time the tour starts, so even though we'll be bummed if we can't get tickets, we do know that it would be more rational for us to simply wait until they come to South America (or maybe the USA Tour which should be a bit later and a slightly smaller trip). Problem is, being rational with Oasis is not the easiest thing (not only our favourite band for the last 18 years, we 1st met at an Oasis gig HAHA).

I'm totally into the wild, in an Iceland trek since weeks. I just wait in a place with maximum 4G for tomorrow with external battery maximum load 😬
If I succeed to get mine, that will be epic memory 😆

Go to the Ticketmaster site an hour early. Hit refresh every five minutes until you get in the waiting room. Hold tight and hope for the best! Make sure you’re signed into your Ticketmaster account and you have your phone and credit card in easy access!

I'm pretty used to doing it, even for huge event, so I will try to do the same as usual but it gonna be stressful in the middle of nowhere haha

That's also useful.

Queue went pretty fast for pre-sale, but giving us only 5 minutes to complete the payment, ticketmaster sucks as always.

Bonus thing, it said on the page that it'd refresh automatically to put me in the queue from the waiting room but it didn't - refresh as soon as the countdown hits zero!

Yes, I waited for mine to automatically refresh and it took 2 mins when the countdown was "<1 min", so go ahead and do the refresh yourself!

Copying over from the main ticket/info thread, so echoing some points already made:
Right then, based on my experience tonight of the presale (a happy one, just to add), I thought I'd just add some points to ready yourself for the general sale tomorrow morning. Following these steps by no means guarantees you'll get tickets, some points may seem dead obvious, are by no means definitive and others may have experienced something different, this is just my experience.
I’m not an expert or always succeed at getting tickets or trying to show off, I just wanted to help others as much as possible, because this community has kept the spirit of Oasis going for the 15 years or so the lads have been away, and now that they're back in all their (morning) glory, as many of us from here as possible should be there to witness and enjoy, so if these help someone on here, I'm all for it:
- I’ve always done ticket hunting on a laptop – bigger screen, less faff in scrolling on a phone, and easier to navigate multiple tabs
- Make sure your email address and credit card details are correct and up to date. Keep your phone handy in case you need to verify your card with an OTP at the point of purchase
- Before 8am/9am when the sales kick off, open and login to all the ticket site pages on your browser (give yourself extra time if you need change passwords and stuff - in fact, it might be worth you doing that now if you're reading this on the night before to save you the faff in the morning). Click on the link to the specific gig you want to attend. Keep refreshing that page until it takes you into the waiting room nearer kick off
- The waiting room for the presale opened tonight at 6.20pm UK time by my watch i.e. 40mins before the advertised start time; based on this, it's worth giving yourself an hour beforehand to get your shit together (girl)
- Contrary to what Ticketmaster said about only having 1 tab open on your device, you can have multiple ones. I had multiple tabs open tonight to try to get into any Wembley date with no problems
- When you're in the queue, it'll tick down automatically, no need to refresh your screen.
- When its your turn (i.e. you get to the head of the queue), the screen autorefreshs and takes you to the ticket page
- If you’re on Ticketmaster, tonight it looks like at first glance, they had lumped all the non-VIP exhibition thingy seating options together into one. However, if you first select how many seated tickets you want, then scroll down to where it says ‘best available’ and click on it, it’ll open up a dialog box with the individual price bands on it for you to select.
- the confirmation mail after purchasing came through straightaway (I doubt that’ll be the case tomorrow)
- if you get a sold out message anywhere, keep trying, try another selection, reselect your original choice; people return tickets out of baskets, credit cards get declined, people get timed out, all sorts – you never know when you’re lucky and get through
Good luck everyone that tries to buy. These could be the best days of our lives.
Swift, Sheeran, Martin et al. Nice one for holding the fort, we’ll take over from here. Let’s ‘ave it.

The waiting room is where you're directed to from the ticket page until 9am (the screen counts you down), at which point, you're put into the queue..some say that they had to refresh when the timer ran out to get into the queue, some say they didn't; personally I didn't, but many mentioned they did and they were put into the queue. The 40mins was between me entering the queue and getting my go - it's likely to be a longer wait..right now, seetickets and gigsandtours pages have already put me in a queue (not the queue in the waiting room) to even enter the gigs page on their site, so worth getting on now and starting to refresh, as the waiting room might appear very soon..best of luck!
