Since they used Ticketmaster datas (to know whether an account had already secured a ticket) the easiest way would have been to cross with UK phone numbers on Ticketmaster accounts. That, or country of residence. Or anything location related. But that's clearly not what happened since people who got tickets got the email, some who hardly tried got the email. They dont care, but want people to think they do. And some who was in a queue for 6 hours (me), didn’t get an email. The whole thing has been a shambles

It's bit of a shame that a dark cloud hangs over this amazing announcement with all this ticket fiasco.
Not all genuine fans will have had a ticket or ballot email but thats just because tickets are limited. Very hard to be "fair" in the distribution I'd say. I am not defending it because also lets not forget these facts....The Sky is blue. Water is wet. Ticketmaster are dicks!
Keep the faith there will be LOTS of resells next year once holidays, weddings and prior engagements start popping up. If you really want to be there I'd bet you will. In Time.

There is no dark cloud , it was random as anything that they’ve just announced the tour , I’d say the only thing they should’ve done was prebook Wembley throughout July and August and done as many dates as they possibly could and realistically

The knebworth tweet confuses me Why? There were rumours they were considering Wembley but they’ve just said they have no plans to play Wembley or any more U.K. dates beyond what has been advertised.

Because normally you don’t reply to nonsense in the press, stuff is always said, it seems like they wanted to give a response. They squashed glasto to get the ticket demand for the announced dates, not that it was needed. Now we all know just how much demand is there, why squash knebworth? More uk dates next year?

Maybe they want to emphasise the fact there will be no more uk/euro shows this year so that people wanting to see them will be more likely to travel to states, rather than wait in hope of more gigs being announced. Maybe they are a bit nervous about selling out stadiums in America, every little helps an all that.

So when are they selling the tickets for the two additional Wembley dates? Clear as mud Literally no bloody idea. Be good to know so preparation can be made to be able to give it a go. If of course I even get a Willy Wonka Golden ballot code.

Codes for the 08:30 ballot are now arriving Jesus christ - is that for real? Wow.. so you then have a 3 in one chance of getting the first dibs on tickets in the morning ballot or the ones left in the nose bleeds by the evening assuming you are only allowed to enter 1 specific presale. When you get to payment do you have to guess thr colour of Liams grans underpants to then be able to put your payment details in ffs.

The next biggest stadium is old Trafford and that’s a no go for them, city’s ground is out of action , spurs ground or West Ham’s may have done the job but Wembley is the one that carries the most or they’d spend about 3 months at the other grounds There is no dark cloud , it was random as anything that they’ve just announced the tour , I’d say the only thing they should’ve done was prebook Wembley throughout July and August and done as many dates as they possibly could and realistically Wembley isn’t the only stadium in the UK.

Has anyone got confirmation emails that they’re in the ballot? It said they were being sent out up to 9pm tonight but nothing so far. And the post above suggests they’ve already all gone out?
