Stupid question for those who know: Once we entered the shop after the queue, do we have time for checking out or do we have to snap it? From when I've done it before, you get offered some tickets that satisfy your parameters (price/number of tickets/kind of ticket), and you have a couple of mins to decide if you want them and then some more time (maybe 10 mins?) to check out.
EDIT: Or you get told there's nothing, and then you hit the button to check again.
