What a joke. The management should be embarassed by their stupid idea in allowing everyone to apply for the presale. Just give them to the folks that registered on the oasis website before they announcend the reunion.

The marathon is not over yet. Once you have the code and register for ticketmaster, you need to validate the phone number with a code... that you dont receive.
It was simplier to queue outside the venue.

General ballot and got a code. Since we are flying from Kansas City to Manchester and already have hotel/flights I was a little nervous. Thank you Oasis!!

Then there's the waiting hours outside the gig if you get tickets anc wear a nappy so as to not lose your vantage point. Not that this getting me jaded at all |

Anyone have experience using multiple computers to queue for multiple dates when just using one account? Will I get marked for botting? Have a friend who didn't get a code and I'm willing to let them use my account

What do we reckon about how they are doing golden circle at Wembley?
Wembley 2009 was first in and given a wristband I think, can’t remember, but they usually just sell them at a higher price these days but no real mention of it.
I can’t imagine they won’t section the crowd off right?

I do have a degree of sympathy with the management of this ticket situation. There’s absolutely no fool proof way of guaranteeing proper fans get tickets ahead of newcomers.
You could do it purely on who signed up for their mailing list earliest but that in itself is flawed. I have been an Oasis fan for over 20 years, been a member of this forum for over 10, have so much memorabilia, seen them live 6 times but I wasn’t on their mailing list and I’m sure plenty of others similar to me weren’t either.
The only way would have been a tougher timed quiz or something, nothing too ridiculous but 5 multiple choice questions or something with a 10 second limit per question to stop people searching for the answer.
I didn’t get a code so I guess I’ll see how I get on tomorrow
