For me Steve White.
He did some incredible things with Oasis in 2001 and at certain moments managed to draw the attention of the audience towards him. Even today Steve does incredible things on the drums, he often posts them on Instagram.
Alan is good but not as good as Steve. He was at his best between 95 and 2000 but from 2001/02 his skills as a drummer declined.

I've never seen Alan when he was in Oasis, but I did see Steve once when he was playing with Weller in 2006. I think both brothers are equally good drummers.

Alan is a very good drummer but Steve is in the top tier.

Depends really. I think Steve was amazing in those gigs he played with Oasis but I think his playing would have been a bit too intense to have been around all the time, he really bashed those drums and cymbals like they owed him money. Almost kinda "too good" in some aspects where some clunkier playing suited Oasis. But nevertheless an absolutely unreal drummer. Better drummer, better fill-in, Alan was better at being in Oasis. Does that count?
