I think Blur are overrated, but they do have a few good tunes.
For Tomorrow is probably my favorite.
But Tracy Jacks, and London Loves are up there.
I like Chemical World as well.

blur are definitely NOT overrated. Amazing band and if anyone here was at Wembley last year (I know a lot of you were), then you witnessed why.
Best song? For Tomorrow. The extended Visit to Primrose Hill version, to be more precise.

I think it'll always be Beetlebum but No Distance Left To Run is a masterpiece and The Narcissist was by far my song of the year last year, I wish I could've gone to one of the Wembley gigs so badly

At school, in 1995, in the Oasis v Blur stuff, we were all .. both. Yeah same, it really was all media hype. The only Oasis v Blur heat I ever experienced (if you can call if that it was so tame) was way after the Battle hey day and there was this girl in one of my classes who started ranting at me and my mates, who were discussing Oasis’ upcoming album which would have been SOTSOG, about how shit Oasis were and Blur were much better. My response was yeah Blur are great and that last album was brilliant (13), I like both, which really shut her up as I think she was ready for an argument😂 |

They're definitely not overrated. Great band. Beetlebum is their best song and it's one of the best songs of the 90's.

Im a big fan, I maybe find them the tiniest bit overrated. The reason being they came out of the nineties with all of their cred intact, and that has only grown in the 2 decades since. Regardless, theyre awesome and seeing them at Wembley last summer was ace.
My favourites by them are probably Girls & Boys along with To The End. Do love Song 2 also even if its an obvious choice.
