As much as I would have loved for this to be legit, it's unfortunately not Noel who is singing. As jezza has already said, the video was uploaded by that guy who leaked Kyle's demo back in March, so definitely not to be trusted.

It was made by a guy on the old Soapbox forum, think his name was “Byron” around the time Don’t Believe The Truth was coming out.
There was a few versions of songs made by people on that forum back then like an electric Meaning of Soul, acoustic instrumental of Turn Up The Sun.
