The Sawmill outtake is sooooo much better than the DM studio release. The album version is great, but Sawmills takes it to a whole next level. Liam’s falsetto and rapping! Brilliant.

The Sawmills take is great, and takes advantage of the song being a groove that they can just ride for ages (which is rare for Oasis songs). Ultimately though I think it was best to go with the edited version for the album, it just keeps the killer bits. The Sawmills guitar outro sounds like something more suited to live versions, like it's Noel just trying out loads of stuff and some bars of it work better than others.

The extra lyrics in the Sawmills version are fun to hear, but they were right to cut them (particularly the "those in the media" verse).

It's my favourite Oasis song though, great to have another amazing version of it.

The Sawmills versions is a surprisingly interesting and excellent unheard gem, but you can’t beat the sound and vibe of the original.

But can we please, PLEASE stop calling the extra lyrics a “rap”, because it really isn’t.
