What is wring with the truth about Ryan Moore exactly? Yes he won in Doncaster but if say Brenton Avdulla was riding Sir John Lavery as bad as Moore was last week, he'd have to hide in a heavily guarded room. I know that the British press have his dick in their mouths like some on this forum do Tom Brady, but sorry lads he isn't. Best jockey in the world? Pierre Charles Baudot

Futurists still like to bang on about the singularity, but we still haven't figured out what the fox says. One thing at a time, lads.

I see a lot of Yanks loving Shameless. Well here's a fact for you: It's based off of the UK version, of which the lead character is loosely based off of Liam Gallagher.
So in a round about way, you're showing your devotion to the iconic Oasis frontman every time you watch, innit.

Be happy.

I was driving a small road in the middle of the forest. Suddenly there's a big fucking moose in the middle of the road. Luckily there was time to brake so I didn't hit it

The US version of The Office is great tbh. And I'm not a fan of US remakes most of the time.

I originally thought waking up at 5 am was a piece of piss, really. But four hours later and I feel like I've been run over by a bleeding lorry. Well knackered.

I originally thought waking up at 5 am was a piece of piss, really. But four hours later and I feel like I've been run over by a bleeding lorry. Well knackered. I fucking hated 5am wake ups in army. We normally woke up at 6am or later because our company was eating last (meaning we could sleep more). But every once in a while there were 5am wake ups because we had to do some shit very early. Even going to a shooting range is horrible when it's -20c outside and you have to walk 3km there in the early morning. But I still associate 5am wake ups to our trainings in the forest. Worst fucking feeling ever, you wake up tired and realised this was your last night in a bed for the next 4 days. It's very cold outside and you're just thinking how could I fake sick so I wouldn't have to go there Or even worse, you wake up in the actual tent at 5am and realise it's time to go. The tent is still warm but getting colder because there isn't fire anymore, it's over -20c outside and you can't help but thinking that you have to wait almost 18 hours before you can get to the warm tent again...

The US Office is a generic decent-enough sit-com with big stars playing the receptionists. The Office itself is a solid gold classic, perfect from the first frame to the last. That said, the US has come out with some amazing comedy in it's time - including arguably the greatest TV show ever in the first ten series of The Simpsons.

Turned 18 today, been listening to Arcade Fire's Deep Blue on loop. That whole album completely encapsulates how I feel. Something has ended. Christ, I remember my 18th birthday like it was yesterday (26 now, approaching 27 years old fast). I was on this forum back then (relatively new). Anyhow, happy birthday young man, you've still got a long long way to go yet so don't think it's all hopeless!

Could never get into Phoenix Nights. Irritates the hell out of me (at least that's what I remember when I tried it a few years back). If you were British, you'd understand it a lot better....

Wrote 20 pages of script in one day, which is nice. It's only a rough draft of the start of something but I feel like I'm learning so much.
