every premiership or cup (before we got fucked out) game ive went in with some doubt or fear recently, but i feel pretty confident about this, members of our defence are quick enough to cope, and if henry has a good game theyre defence will be tore to shreads, hopefully reyes is fit as he has a habit of torturing real, id like to see pires play a part as there his familys team, but he still choose arsenal over them when leaving marsille

i dont know...
RM are full of has-beens and have started to become found out...seriously, Beckham? used to be amazing, but hardly the player he once was...
it all depends on the midfield, and by midfield i mean GILBERTO....hes been the number 1 problem this season...we NEED him to have a good game
also a 0-0 wouldnt be horrible, but if we concede a goal then we're scrued for the away leg
1-0 to Arsenal is my call

Real are in good form so I reckon they'll win 2-0. I'm not to sure that Arsenal's defence can cope with Robinho and Ronaldo.

oo my bad...Arsenal are AWAY in the first leg...
well then, the situation is completly different.
We CAN afford to concede a goal
but we MUST score
my break down: First leg: Arsenal 1-1 Real Madrid Second Leg: Arsenal 1-0 Real Madrid
Arsenal go through, 2-1 on Agg....
i hope...we'll see
Chelsea stand no chance, would love to see them knocked out....fuckin Chelsea fans think they are the shit when a.) they dont play well but just get results b.) BUY THEIR SUCCESS despite every CFC fan not believing that....fookin pathetic
Chelsea is all that is wrong in football today...but they will crash and burn within the next 5 yrs or so

Real attack wise are very good at present, they have won 9 of 11 to Arsenals 6 of 11, so on paper they should win!. Arsenal have NONE of the injured players back according to Wenger so unfortunately it is the team that embarrassed themselves at Anfield less Adebayor (cup tied!)......dont look too good now does it!. I would be delighted to get back to the Bury with a 1-1 draw get the away goal and hopefully re-group for the second leg, but lets be honest Beckham will tear Flamini apart and Eboue will have a real handfull in Robinho, and if Gilberto dont wanna play against Zidane he ought to be sold!, I suspect Wenger will go 4-5-1 and we will have a majorly hard night ahead of us!.

Have to agree Beckhams workrate and return on creating goals for others has been very good of late, indeed the fans rate him as their current "Top" galactico...they booed Ronaldo the other day against Alaves and he's got the hump, Zidane is sporadic, ROberto Carlos very sporadic, Raul has been injured!, the other players who have been playing well of late are Guti and Robinho, note NO defenders!, Henry would burn Woody and Helguera for fun so we shall see just how much Henry still loves the Gooners!

Two teams with COLD blood in their veins, two teams for domestic tournaments. The Champions League is for teams with balls man.

The good thing is that Real will allow Arsenal to play their flowing game. It's up to Wenger to decide whether he wants to attack in Madrid or stay more defensive and use the 4-5-1 formation that he has been using in the prem.

Only 1 fit striker available... Reyes may be thrown in even tho he's not fit Senderos Flamini & Eboue in defence, all grand against teams like Accrington Stanley & Middlesboro, but Real Madrid are quite a different prospect Ljungberg & Pires have done a magnificient vanishing trick all season, Henry needs to have a special day. Gilberto Silva is a first choice in the middle ffs Things not boding particularly well........ I predict we'll only win by 3 as a result

I fucking hate that 4-5-1 formation. I'm also sick of Pires and Ljungberg and their absentee tactics, and Gilberto and his complete shitiness. They ALL need to turn up tonight, not just Henry. Real have been hitting a little patch of form lately, so we'll need to play out of our skins. But if you can't get up for Champions League football at the Bernebau then you shouldn't be playing the game.
