That would annoy the absolute shit out of me, its not as if you can send it back either.. Same thing with trainers, as a collector I absolutely hate it when retailers don't double box them, a bashed box on a limited release just ruins the whole excitement and vibe for me because again, you can't exactly return them because they're sold out. Yeah not the greatest but like you say what you gonna do. They aren’t cellophaned as the numbers are hand written so maybe that makes them more vulnerable to damage I think so. I got all the releases (minus Pearl) and the only one with any form of damage was the Blood Records release. That too is hand numbered but the corner is slightly bent on it.

My C’mon You Know from Blood Records sleeve arrived marked and number smudged. I sent them an email with my order number and pictures and they sent me a new sleeve with a new handwritten number. Great folk to deal with.

Live Forever Monnow Valley is a much faster tempo. I do like the reverb and the crystal clear production. Love getting these different variations.

Mines has arrived with very slight creasing in the top left corner, it was packed well so I''m putting this down to royal mails carelessness. Got a high number as well, was hoping for a low one. Hey ho, it is what it is.
**EDIT - this is the pearl vinyl I'm talking about.

It’s hard to believe Bring it On Down Sawmills is the same take as the album. Owen Morris worked some serious magic on those plodding drums!
There’s a fury in them just not present on the take. The tribal Tom Tom sound nowhere to be found!

The tribal Tom Tom sound nowhere to be found! It's an amazing song. An evil one. Very dark and brutal.I love the lyrics, drums and the guitars. It could have easily been the second single.

I just listen to Shakermaker Monnow Valley. I have to say that I really that little Babababam drum filling! This Version sounds very charming to me. A shame that the Last Verse is still the Coca Cola song, otherwise the might could have used that Version for the Album.

It was McGee's choice for the first single! That would have been an interesting 'sliding doors' timeline.
Are the Monow Valley tracks the same as the 'eden mixes' leaked last year, the ones with 'walrus'?

I’m pretty sure some of those are the same ones as the Samwills outtakes, Slide Away at least sounds nearly identical to me, but I’m also fairly certain Columbia is different in both versions

Oasis is not a contender for #1 in the singles chart #9 for DLBIA But that means LF must be higher, somewhere between #4 and #8. Which is higher than its ever peaked before.

OMG WE'RE SO BACK
(no joke, 2 rock songs from the 90s making the top 10 of the charts, with the way they work now... only the band of a lifetime could do it)

A new peak for "Live Forever" is fantastic. I said it was possible earlier in the week, but i’ll be honest im surprised. Thought it might equal its old #10 peak but didnt expect #8. If anything i thought DLBIA would peak above it.
