Who the fuck wants that or the sweatshirt?!?!? Give us Familiar To Millions vinyl reissue with that money. I agree with you about who wants that or the sweatshirt. However, I already have the original vinyl version of Familiar To Millions but I can understand fans wanting a reissue if they don't have the original. Did you buy it when it first went on sale in 2000 or did you get it during that flash sale back in 2022 or eBay?

I love how awful the tote bag and sweater are. How hard is it to make a 30th anniversary single and throw in a song from a gig from 1994? Apparently it's really difficult. Give Liam some control, PLEASE

I ordered one of these a few weeks ago. Have ordered several items from Brian’s shop over the last couple of years; all of it is quality!

Had a busy few weeks so haven’t been on the forum.
Back on June 13th I was in Manchester for Kyles exhibition. I had a bit of time to kill so I went to Sifters, having never been and wanted to visit and see the new mural.
Anyway I arrived about 14:15 and after taking a few pictures I went to enter the shop, only to see a small handwritten sign that shop was closed for the day. “F*ck!” I thought, bit of a wasted journey. Then I noticed that people were inside. Had a better look in the window and noticed that Noel was inside!
He appeared to be getting interviewed on camera. Also getting some photos taken. Anyway this went on for 2-3 hours minimum. My guess is that he was maybe doing the fan questions for the DM reissue.
Sifter was there aswell and it was about 16:20 before they wrapped it up.
I waited outside for over 2 hours but thankfully I managed to get a photo with Noel. I also had a Morning Glory vinyl in my bag (one signed by Owen Morris that I intended to add Brian Cannon to). So Noel also signed that for me. He was a grumpy sod but I really can’t complain.
Can’t wait to actually see what this interview is…. And whether I’ll be spotted in the background peeking in the window every 20 mins 😁

Just wondering if anyone knows , how difficult is it to Rip a Blu Ray audio disc into ITunes ? There is a Blu Ray audio disc I have from a Beatles Set +1 and it includes a Blu Ray audio and I wouldn’t mind ripping it into iTunes for my phone , if it’s possible, are there any programs you can download or would I need a Blu Ray drive ? Cheers

Wasn’t there an Official ask Noel video that was done in June?
What’s going on with that?

The Monnow Valley Version of Up In The Sky is nice enough, but you can see why it needed redone – it's got no urgency or rawness. It sounds like a track an Oasis-influenced band would have on a Britpop compilation a few years later.

The Monnow Valley version of Up In The Sky shows just how close Oasis was to being a nothing burger. It's so dull. It's a bloody good thing they had a team who knew better.

I mean Noel knew the entire time. He ws extremely frustrated they couldn't get that live raw sound of their stage persona. Thank goodness Owen Morris came along and brought his cape....

I like the new track, really like the acoustic outro right at the end, I think these versions will be essential in the catalogue to go along side the main album, good that the Oasis account is giving people exclusives to listen to as well before they become available via streaming, only downside is you can’t turn it up too loud cause it deafens you, hope the CD’s and Vinyl sets are easier on the ear.

Yeah but I was thinking of when he said "let's put it out and we'll get it right on the next one" and Alan McGee who made him understand there wouldn't be a next one if they released that. He was absolutely right.

I dunno, the second album seemed to do okay for them.

It did. But it could have sounded even better.
