10/10 from me. Quite literally no complaints. A little slice of joy.

It's a light 8 for me. Very very nice tune, summery, infectious, fun. Kinda wish it had a fourth verse and/or a middle eight though.

Yes, it is actually what Sgt.Pepper was in 1967. Everyone outside this forum are crazy about it, rave reviews everywhere, whole world is talking about inspired songwriting, revolutionary production and guitar technique that was never heard before. You’re claiming those involved in creating the songs have been lazy. There’s nothing to suggest that’s true. Sgt Pepper wasn’t that good. First 2 sentences - completely agree. Last sentence - HARD disagree

On first listen like diet Roses - Not bad - I do prefer JAR more impact. Think I am just more swayed now by Liams grittier newer solo stuff.

Sounds incomplete. Could do with a middle eight. After two listens - giving it more time until I declare a rating.
Not bad, though.

Also, these fade outs on both singles are the weakest of sauce.

I like Just Another Rainbow more.
Melody is not that strong in this one imho. Excellent guitar work from Mr. Squire though.

8/10 for me. Should have a better solo, or at least some variation with a middle 8, we agree on this.
But i really like that kind of summery melodies, i cant get over them. Even though its been done millions times before, i dont care.

It's nice and feels complete with none of JAR's rough spots, but it doesn't have any bits that interest me quite as much as some of the bits on JAR, either. I suspect I'll enjoy it more in the context of the album, because it feels a little too slight to stand on its own. 7/10.

Anyone who rates a song like this from 0 to 6 is not an Oasis fan. In this song there are all the elements that made us fall in love with Oasis. Even Noel would know in his heart that it's a Top song. I get what people like about it, but I find it a bit cheesy to be honest. Prefer just another rainbow. But I was never that big of a fan of these big chorus songs like Stand by me or Don't go away which somehow make me feel in a similar way that its a bit over the top.

Pepper was the easiest album with that back then new spund that tried and introduced so many more colours to pop music. I prefer Revolver or Piper at the gates of dawm, which came earier for example but Sgt. Pepper was one of the most important records of the swixties and brought psychedelic into so many homes and broadened so many horizons.

Probably wouldn't be in my top 5 Beatles records, maybe more. It's impact is far greater than it's quality for me.

7/10, but obviously I'm not trying to rate music on a linear, universal scale. It would probably be 5 or 6 if I did compare it to, say the La's or the Beatles or the Kinks.
As a rock song in 2024 it's very solid and it's all I need. It feels refreshing to actually listen to new music instead of blowing the dust once again off my 60s records

I don't know where else to post this or who needs to know but I've decided the melody for the chorus is a sped up version of this...
Took me ages to work out where I'd heard it. Would love someone to mash this up to see if I'm right 😂
