I’ve got two different texts about voting….

I actually went at 6:30 a.m. to my voting location but there was already a long line of people. I can’t stand to wait in queues, if go to the grocery store and there’s a line at checkout I’ll normally walk around and come back and sometimes the line’s longer….

I’m also somewhat superstitious, normally the candidate I vote for doesn’t win, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, I didn’t vote for Obama, I knew he’d win. I can’t remember if I voted in 2020, 2020 was a blur…if I did it was by mail.

I’ll root for whoever wins, their success is the country’s success.

Hopefully we have some class and unity going forward, and the cost of living goes down….

John King from CNN with the maps? He's great, really goes into detail, will watch him tonight. Picks out individual counties, almost bellweather counties that give you an idea of how certain demographics are voting. Watching him you could tell Trump was going to win in 2016 before it became common knowledge. Much better than the BBC, Sky amd ITV over here.

Yeah but here in the UK those guys didn't have a geographer with deep knowledge of counties and population distribution in some of these states. I remember NBC also had a map guy but the technology I think at the time wasn't as good so their maps weren't as interactive, someone had to click something off screen and then the map would animate, whereas on CNN the guy was doing force touch and 3d touch and pinch and zoom with those massive screens

Forget about that, let's say he wins, he won't run for reelection, so who will be the nominee in 4 years? The days of McCain and Romney are long gone, so whoever is next will be cut from the same cloth, probably more extreme in some areas. 

Some might say there’s not a lot of substance behind these posts; I’d like counter that sentiment and say those people are either unwilling to consider your perspective or are illiterate. Sometimes a good word salad is necessary.

Why didn’t you quote or tag me instead of playing the passive aggressive game? And did you purposely misrepresent what I said (might want to go back and read it again)? Also, I previously offered you and others the opportunity to speak/debate on multiple occasions, but you all refused. I’ve never once endorsed either candidate because they’re both shit. I do find it odd you didn’t mention the more important part of my post where I said that she supports genocide/endless war and illegal immigration though.
