Wow this is M E G A
The chorus is just pure vibes with the D7 chord that gives it that nostalgic vibes The production is on top, Liam sounds better than he has ever done in his solo career, good bassline and great guitars
This is what I'd expect from a Liam Gallagher single in 2024 It pisses all over most of the solo stuff because it feels authentic
Incredible work by John

Chorus that explodes and fills your soul, spectacular voice, full and incisive guitars, basso and drums. This collaboration will probably be the best thing since Oasis. Squire needs Liam and Liam needs Squire. They work great together.
Among the elements of the song there are also influences from It's Getting Better man by Oasis, which is absolutely fabulous!
I'm finally back enjoying Liam's voice in the studio on an album, this hasn't happened for many years
Album to buy absolutely!

They really made a big mistake releasing JAR as a single, I get it’s probably the most predictable thing they could have done, but it really set them on the wrong foot. Liam’s been mocked to hell on social media due to the colours part of JAR Does it matter? If the tune is good it will take hold. If it was the other way round you'd be getting complaints

Now we know Oasis should have hired Squire in 1999 (no disrespect to Gem).

This is very, very good. Sounds brilliant.
Also, while in Just Another Rainbow there was a part with Liam's vocals in the forefront and a big-ass guitar solo, here everything blends very well together.

Shame about that fade out though. It doesn’t actually cut out that abruptly! I cut it off right before the end.

Doesn't really sound like Oasis to me at all. Much more Roses unsurprisingly. Mersey Paradise type sounds

Now we know Oasis should have hired Squire in 1999 (no disrespect to Gem). Noel wanted two inoffensive lads. Both personality wise and musically, who wouldn't obviously outdo either brother in any regard.

Strong "The La's" vibes for me blended with a bit of Stones/Beatles with an Oasis touch.
This one is the Chefs Kiss.
This will be massively well received.
Noel will have nowhere to turn at poking fun of this one.
Even Noel will know it's too good to diss.

Like several of yous im getting a sort of There She Goes/It’s Gettin Better Man mix. And Liam really does sound great vocally on this. Not nasal at all, and really bright on the chorus.
Apart from wanting to make it clear it was something new/different, I can’t think of a reason why this wasn’t the first single.
