So the new Depeche Mode album is out, and it's fantastic!
Memento Mori is a brilliant masterpiece, an atmospheric work of art.
This is the best DM album since SOFAD.
After 6 spins, still can't believe how great this is.

I grew up with the music of this band since mid 80s*, master & servant and that. they where beyond huge in east germany. follow them live since 1990. still care about the record collection wich gets some new additions this year. memento mori is the brilliant masterpiece indeed. think best since ultra. very electronic, far from overproduced. strong concept lyric wise. the melodies are back. i will see them live this year across germany, ireland and england, some shows with my kids without having to push them.

* Mid 90s this other english band came along so we could waste our "youth" TWICE.
