Blue whales are making their home in part of the Indian ocean where they were wiped out by whaling decades ago.

A pod of 35 pilot whales were found beached off the coast of Australia last week. Truely heartbreacking.

The Dido (which is a website which I subscribe to) always has some lovely animal stories on there about people rescuing them etc and there was a story on there about a couple who bought a house which came with something extra, a cat.
