I'm Outta Time, easily.
LTBL just drags on, it's cheesy and the production is incredibly dull. There was a good song in there but the recorded version just doesn't work.

Let There Be Love easy. The problem with I'm Outta Time is that bloody John Lennon bit in the middle, it wasn't needed at all and the song would be so much better without it.

Let There Be Love easy. The problem with I'm Outta Time is that bloody John Lennon bit in the middle, it wasn't needed at all and the song would be so much better without it. I grew to love that Lennon clip. Needed to be higher in the mix though, if they were committed to doing it properly. Which they weren't. I've never liked the Lennon clip full stop and I've always liked the remixes of the song much better as they don't include that clip. |

I agree with you here. Also, I saw some sheep today whilst driving. It was nice and peaceful seeing them. |

Yeah, I love the remixes especially of this song but I've never liked the Chemical Brothers remix of The Shock Of The Lightening and there's one of the remixes which I've never liked of Falling Down but I can't remember who did it just now. |

I like I'm Outta Time and think it's a good song, but I wish the chorus was less Lennon-like and more of Liam shining. I think there was a demo floating around somewhere or a radio performance that does justice for what I'm talking about. Liam's rough but tender and vulnerable voice shines without so much double-tracking and work on it.
That said, Let There Be Love gets my nod. I think it's a sweet song with just enough Beatlesque touch to let the brothers put their own spin on it and drive it home. The stop-start nature of it is comforting and lovely, especially after an album full of raucous tunes. It's a nice ending on that note.
The only sin is that it doesn't fade into I Can See it Now! on DBTT...
