I'll be honest, I don't know the Hendrix song, but glad he's mixing the setlist up, even though it's only a tiny bit

Third Gallagher for me this summer.
It was good but not near Noel’s performances in London or Brighton.

Seen a few people slating this performance for some reason? I think it sounds fucking brilliant, suits Liam's voice perfectly.
Hopefully a better recording comes out soon.

Definitely a pretty weird choice as a set closer and there are definitely better Hendrix tunes that would do it for Liam. But especially at a small gig why not do something unusual and I like me trying out some "new" stuff.

Got a stand out gig from all that? Its 50 times seeing both Liam or Noel or Beady Eye. Got Noel next week at Hardwick Live and then the talk in London Stand out gigs. So so many. Seeing my favourite band Oasis at my home town stadium (Stadium of Light) Wembley Stadium 09 when the sound went off and the crowd sang Wonderwall Being with just 3,000 others in Bridlington Spa and it turned out to be their final indoor show Beady Eye at Manchester Apollo and seeing Liam on stage for the first time in two years The first time seeing NGHFB at the Usher Hall in Edinburgh Twice seeing NGHFB at the Royal Albert Hall Beady Eye at Glasgow ABC when Liam first started singing Oasis tunes again The first Liam solo tour at Barrowlands then a year later he's playing at Finsbury Park and Old Trafford Being there at the NME Awards in 2018 seeing Liam getting the Godlike Genius honour Finally getting to experience a gig at Heaton Park in 2019 when NGHFB headlined Three arena gigs in ten days on the Why Me Why Not tour Going to both Leeds and Reading festival on the same weekend to see Liam in first gigs after covid Then the four gigs last summer at the Royal Albert Hall,Etihad,Knebworth and Cardiff Bay I honestly could go on and on

And I rememeber people saying Liam couldn’t hit the notes but to me it sounded perfect with his drawn out grouly take

I saw Beady Eye 15 times, those gigs were class! Totally agree... Real energy from the band and the crowd... as if saying...yeah...Fck.it...go on do it!!!First for me was London Troxy then last Camden Centre...both brilliant gigs - highlight Andy Bell saying " alright mate during song..to me" while being front and centre at Camden centre after chatting outside pre gig telling him how soul love was immense...to which he said.."wait till you hear it live mate" Class.

Just back at hotel
50th Gallagher gig in the books
Liam was on top form The festival is in great and lovely place no surprises with setlist but always love to hear the songs that define my life at times
Only downside was part of the crowd being full of absolute dickheads

Are You Experienced is such a good fucking song and I encourage people to listen to it.
Liam’s sounds slightly higher (key wise) compared to Hendrix’s version if I’m mistaken. It’s not a bad cover and I’m glad Liam is branching out.
