Anyone know anything about the new drummer? Is it permanent or is Dan just busy? Can't see it being mentioned online anywhere. http://instagram.com/p/CuPGBVVNbmV (don't know why IG embed doesn't work) Dan got his hand injured, so Adam Falkner's replaced him while his recovery. iirc it was Barrie that Liam told Corona Capital was the last gig of him. But he's still with Liam on the stage. I'm so happy with that!! I'd lmagine that was because bonehead was supposed to be back, but he tweeted a couple of weeks ago that he hadn't recovered quickly enough and wouldn't be touring this summer. |

Saw the man yesterday, terrible terrible gig. Liam wasn't in a particular good mood from the start, but the people who attended made it even worst. Maybe it was the heat (40 degrees is a lot to take on) but nobody interacted with him. As always he asked: "Any Oasis fans in the area?" and I couldn't believe I was the only one screaming like a pig. People with Oasis t-shirts that didn't sing a single "WEEEEELLLLLL" during Morning Glory. Of course nobody recognised Roll It Over and decided to talk to each other instead of sing their hearts out. I saw the G brothers 5 times already and this was by far the worst. You can't wear an Oasis clothing and only sing Wonderwall and bits of Champagne Supernova.
And for Liam, he was mad right at the beggining. I think someone pulled a Manchester United shirt which made him say: "You take that shit out with your arse or I'm outta here". After the silence that came after the Oasis fans in the area question, he did a gesture with his hand like "I see, no one cares". And when he finished his part of Supernova, left the stage leaving his band playing all alone.
I don't know, it just wasn't his best gig and the crowd was a corpse's mountain. Beyond disappointing honestly.
But well, I can say I saw Roll It Over live, which was my only request and I enjoyed every single tune (besides Better Days, I was dead in that one too.) and the other two times I saw him the crowd was crazy, so I guess not every gig is going to be THE gig

I've seen the videos on Instagram and the crowd is belting out all the songs with their hands up. What area were you in? Because from the videos it looks like a very engaging concert despite the fact that it was daytime |

I was kind of in the middle of all, got like 50 people in front of me but I saw the Peppers at the exact same position and I couldn't hear Kiedis because of the crowd singing along. They belt Wonderwall, that's for sure. But the rest of it? I've never felt loneliest at a Gallagher gig I was there too. For me it was a great day. I really enjoyed the gig. I was upfront on the left and people around me were into the gig, singing along. But at the time Liam was onstage there was a huge crowd. Probably around 40-50k. And in a festival outside UK, he's not the main act. People was there mainly to see RHCP. So many 'casual' fans and many not even fans. And I think Liam was in good mood. Liam being Liam. Chatting, joking about football and singing with passion. He usually leaves the stage before champagne supernova ends. So nothing strange there. Threw his maracas to the crowd and gave his tambourine to a little child who was with Debbie in one corner of the stage. |

30 seconds walk from my flat, I can see it from my kitchen window over the road. Don't be pelting eggs at my window any of you lot! Ah this was my old haunt when it was Camden Palace...purple turtle then bomb over to a hard house (that what EDM was called back in the day kiddies) for some serious tunage. Cracking venue..utter sweatpit...and some very high viewing balconies Yeah, had some good times in the Purple Turtle too! Nice to have a 30 second walk home I live right where Eversholt Street meets Camden High Street |

I realise this is a massive longshot but...
if you don't ask, you don't get. Should anyone not be able to make Koko, I am desperate to get in to this gig somehow. Any spare tickets or tips on how to sneak into this venue will be gratefully received.

Slim to no chance of genuine sellers, something massive would have to happen in someone's life to prevent them from going to this gig. |
