It would be wonderful but alas as far as we know it doesn't exist. This has been the talk of many a discussion for many a year within the community. To hear 1995 Liam singing DLBIA is on the top of many fans' wish list.

If it does exist then I personally doubt Noel would want it to be released, it's his biggest song after all so a Liam sung version could possibly dilute the appeal of the original.

We do know Step Out with Liam singing exists though from the same sessions.

I thought Liam said he did sing it in the studio at one point. Would be a lot of speculation whether it was recorded and if the tape(s) still existed.
