Just a huge shock to what I would have expected. I'm not completely sold yet on Jon's delivery of the verses. He sounds uncomfortable.

Sounds like the typical background music you hear when you're shopping for clothes in Zara shops Can't say it's shit but it sounds like a million other mid-tempo songs by a million of other artists. Uninspired.

Uninspired. Haha, spot on! There's got to be a word for this type of music. Tries to be the opposite of elevator music, but achieves the exact same thing. I don't know much about these guys but gather they were part of the influx of the indie bands that popped up in the mid 2000s. I remember seeing them supporting Noel in Glasgow in early 2012 on his first tour, I thought they were good.
