From the Foo Fighters is dead. I know he was a friend of Liam and a big fan. FOO Fighters were scheduled on the same bill as Liam on the upcoming tour. Doubt they play now. Crazy.

To halt any speculation, what is publicly reported is that before the show they were about to play last night he was at his hotel, began having severe chest pain, called an ambulance and was already deceased when it arrived. It's always hard to understand why someone seemingly so full of life can pass so suddenly, but any answers there are will come in their time, so best just to wait for them. Just an immense tragedy for his family, children, friends, and bandmates.

Always seemed like a fun, laid back, cool dude. Just sad news.
Deffo in the top 3 of major musicians I was able to have a proper chat with over the years while working for a promoter in the 2010's. FF overall just nice, easy going folks.
