Hello everyone,
I hope someone can shed some light on this photo of Noel. What year was it taken, where is it from etc?

Also does anyone have a very good scan or high resolution image of this that you can kindly upload on here? I'm trying to create some artwork and this photo is perfect for what I need. But I can't find a good enough quality photo.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Where did you find it?

I remember the pic being used in a newspaper interview. The Guardian "Morning-after Glory", 2000 maybe?

Did a quick search and the jacket seems to be the same one he wore when his daughter was born which was also 2000
