There have been some not so good songs that have been made over the years especially during the later days of oasis

So what do the not-so-good songs need to be much better? What do they need to reach the "great status"? I'll start with a couple

Hung in a Bad Place - I think this song just needs a better chorus, something better than "cos I've been... HUUUUUNNNNGGG in a bad place"

Little James - Lyrics aside, I think it needs a bridge right after the little solo bits, something more than just na na na's at the end
