Los Angles Galaxy Vs. New England Revolution. The second time these two have met on the MLS cup stage. Last time the score was the same with LA winning by 1-0. This game being very much the same with low goals and great defense. It was the lowest scoring MLS cup game of all time at the end of the 90 minute regular time with 3 minutes of stoppage time alloted the game was still scoreless. This was due to the grate defensive game, and also to the fact that 10 players got yellow cards. Surprisingly everyone made it through the game without getting kicked out. So, the game goes into over time. Starting this year the MLS did away with golden goal over times, so the teams were forced to play 30 minutes of overtime. The first and only goal came off of a Landon Donavon coroner kick. Guillermo Ramirez pounded the ball to the back of the net. The goal came at the end of the first over time half during the first minute of stoppage. Ramirez was taken off the starting line-up because he had the worst scoring season of all time only scoring 3 goals the entire season. New England was not able to score a goal in the last 15 minutes leading LA to their second MLS cup victory.
I know no one really cares about football in America, but it was a really great game.

I find it very funny the names the american teams have, how can ya take a team seriously with a name like Galaxy?
A defencive match from both teams doesn't make an exciting cup final really.
