I've got the Earls Court 1997 Be Here Now track with the correct audio over it (audience recording), its much better Mark from Supernova Heights did it for me a while back

Is there any of you who are fans of the Oakland, Kroq, Irvine concerts in June 1997? one of my biggest wishes is to have a small DVD of those concerts, or at least one of them. The band plays beautifully and Liam has amazing voice and look.

Manchester MEN gig - one of the best - Be Here Now at its craziest and pumped! If I had to pick a gig it would be G-MEX '97, however my biggest wish for an Oasis release (considering what they have already released and what they haven't released yet) is an "The Best of the Be Here Now tour 97-'98". I think it is totally necessary, hopefully one day it will happen or if not at least one concert on this tour.

My number one desire would be a full rethink/remix of Be Here Now, but we all know the chances of that are beyond slim. However, one thing I do think is possible, even if it's not a big, widely promoted release, is a live album of the 1997 G-Mex performance from the Be Here Now tour. As despite the album not being universally acclaimed these days, some of those performances are thought of as being pretty great. Aside from that, maybe a sort of Masterplan sequel that covers the best of all the b-sides from 1999 to 2009. Although it seems some here want it, personally I wouldn't expect any reissue of SOTSOG. Neither Noel or Liam seem to rate it anymore, and I feel that the public interest just isn't there like it was for Be Here Now. After all, it was their lowest seller in the UK, and whenever Oasis pop up in 'worst albums' lists its almost always for SOTSOG. In short; it has the worst general reputation of all their albums. Yeah, even though I don't rate Be Here Now as an album much the Manchester GMex gig is one of my favourite Oasis gigs. So having an official release of the first night would be great or both nights if the second night was filmed as well. Also a b.side sequel to The Masterplan would be nice too. I seem to remember Noel talking about releasing one when Oasis were still together. But sadly one was never released.

It obviously isnt going to be as good as The Masterplan, but theres still a good few B-sides that are pretty great.

I love those concerts, would be interesting if they were released in some way but because no professional footage exists of the last two gigs, it’d probably be unlikely.

Imagine it'll be the 30th anniversary re-releases, they'll be milking that cash cow forever. Would love more 00s stuff though. Feel like the 90s have been done to death but there's loads of stories to be told from the 00s. SOTSOG, Noel's car crash in 2002, Liam getting his teeth knocked out, DBTT then the split. Theres a big gap between Be Here Now and As You Were that hasn't really been covered.

Hmmm, some interesting idea's. I really hope there will be a time that Noel starts revisiting 1998-2002. Some great gigs/songs are from that period. Finsbury Park was completely filmed, and probably is just laying around somewhere waiting for a release. Same with Wembley 2009 or I guess the Earls Court 1997 gigs.

I think everything from Be Here Now era is more interesting for GP than almost everything that happened after that(except their split). Idk about documentary... lot of heavy themes, like losing their relevancy, addictions. Can they speak honestly about it? They - not only Liam and Noel, Bonehead and Alan White too. So... Maybe a gig from that era

Average but loud" - America's view of the band summed up right there :-b

I can't even understand why Americans never liked them ...

The problem is they'll probably just keep releasing updated versions of Oasis's 90s albums at different anniversaries. It's a shame though as they could give us some really good stuff.

Oakland wasn't pro shot recorded and would be hard to release this as it was a warm up gig for U2 as Oasis were support band so count that out !

Earls Court 3rd Night is the one it was a full crew film crew 6-7 Cameras and it was done by the Oasis camp so it's got a huge chance

I think that Oasis fans want different things to be officially released and we won't agree on the same thing.

The super furries reissued their all welsh album for God’s sake - it doesn’t get much more special interest than that. X
