p.s. it really sucks that countries like Trinidad&Tobago make it to the WC and teams like Colombia, Uruguay, Cameroon, Turkey don't.... the number of slots given to each confederation is so wrong, how come africa has 5 slots, N.A & The Caribbean 3.5, Asia 4.5 and South America only 4.5? it really beats me

true, but isnt't it ridiculous when one of your regions (oceania) only get half a spot?
that is a disgrace....its lucky that australia made it. otherwise how can it truely be a WORLD cup?

half a spot means the winner of the Oceania region doesnt go straight into the world cup. the WINNER of Oceania has to play a two leg play off against the 5TH ranked Sth American side......
thats why people say Oceania gets 0.5 spots
or Sth America get 4.5 spots.....etc etc
