I know that Knebworth 96 is often lauded (by Noel) as the last of the gigs before the internet.
But I think it's so cool how fans around the world (like us) can still experience some small piece of Knebworth through modern technology. I'm on the opposite side of the States, and I still feel a certain buzz today. And it's not just the High Noon's talking.
I'm enjoying the Knebworth pics, the videos & stories that are being shared. Come On You Know.

Hardly worth posting this but can't find any livestreams so far.
What's with the crowd? the bald dude looks bored lol I worried it would be like this. Can’t say myself only going by this video too will be good to hear from those there. There’s casuals then there’s CASUALS. the people who just want to be showing off they’re there |

They appear to be doing a doc of some kind -- though whether for TV/streaming, theatrical or DVD ... we'll see.

Maybe but that's what he said on Twitter. But we'll see. i can see him playing dykwim or something altogether unexpected. it is a special occasion. he said he was playing dykwim at knebworth on twitter a little while ago the same time he said he'd play roll it over. maybe he will surprise us with something random like dont go away or igbm lol. igbm is wishful thinking on my part. we will have to see. wouldnt be surprised with dykwim though since he has played it recently Well, so far judging by the photos and videos it looks like the same set list. However, Liam could've dropped a surprise or two . |
