It was a very difficult, lopsided set. Unfortunately by far the least impressive solo set I've seen by him.

Yea Dublin was really good. He was on top form all night. World's in Need and More Power personal highligts, and Once now gets a better reaction than alot of the Oasis songs. Set felt a little short, but that may be because i had so much fun singing and dancing with biblical strangers and the fact that Knebworth was a little longer.. The shows now are so triumphant and euphoric and you can go to the gigs knowing it'll be a success because of how professional and dedicated he is. Overall had a great experience travelling over from Norway meeting amazing people and going out with them after 😀🍻

My friends were at Liam's gig in Dublin last week. They said the crowds were huge. Unfortunatelly the sound wasn't good because of the wind. |

I was right down in front, so didn't have the wind problems some folks have mentioned. Otherwise the weather was absolutely pristine. Soul Love and Roll It Over were real highlights. I wouldn't say either was a big favorite of mine previously, but they were absolutely fantastic live. Really glad Liam added them in.
The crowd was good, at least from where I was standing. For his solo stuff, Once got a huge reaction, and people were very into Wall of Glass as well. When he announced Diamond in the Dark, some kid behind me yelled, "Tune of the ****ing year!" And of course the Oasis favorites were a big hit. My friend who went with me commented, "I have never seen so many bucket hats in one place in my life."
Liam himself seemed a bit out of sorts. Not a lot of banter. There was something about the equipment or mixing that was bothering him, and through the first half of the set he kept gesturing to the guy on the side or sometimes wandering all the way over to him, but it seemed like it got sorted in the second half.
Overall I had a great time.
EDIT: Also, looked like it was being pro shot? There was a roaming camera man whose footage didn't show up on the screens that I noticed, and there were mics pointed at the audience that were carefully adjusted before the set.

It's a shame that Liam dropped World's In Need at the festival he played at in Spain over the weekend. I was hoping that he would keep it in the setlist for a while.
