For me:
Top:
- Swamp song played live - Liam's voice and performance (especially the second night) - the atmosphere - the involvement of the public
flop:
- The setlist is missing important songs such as Rock'n'roll Star, Columbia and Slide Away (it would have been perfect if they also included headshrinker, Bring It On Down and Rockin chair) - On the second night Noel singing Whatever ... It wasn't very exciting - The last verses of Come On Feel the noize sung out of tune by Noel (on the second night) are atrocious and spoil the outro of the song a bit ...
These two concerts remain, perhaps, the best of the 90s

Well it makes him money. Honestly this might be among my favourite live moments, different strokes for diff'rent folks <shrugs>? I go to youtube to verify I'm not misremembering a bad version as a fantastic performance by every Oasis member on this tune and the top comment is spot on: "Liam's voice is fucking brilliant here. Noel's harmony is shit hot also."

It’s just typical Liam. His vocals were just 👌 at that point. If I could only listen to one oasis bootleg it would be the 2nd night at Maine Road. Everything I love about that band in one little package.

I love both of the Main Road concerts and wouldn't change them for anything.

MAINE ROAD IS MAGIC yes of course we can play the what if game and add more songs in the set i would love for this to happen but we are looking at only the set which which was sung on the night and i still believe until someone shows me another show it's there best gig they ever did as a band.
Regarding Noels come on feel the noise outro ....... pretty sure he didn't know Liam was going to smash his mic stand and not sing the ending but Noels' quick thinking and also the adrenaline which he must of been feeling to take over the ending that's what makes it so great i am glad it's there doesn't spoil it for me just makes it even more special !

I think the Earls Court 95 gigs are far superior to the Maine Road gigs. Liam was on fire at those gigs and has my favourite live version of Supersonic.

Guitar instead of one of his usuals, never seen that before or since

Went back to the Union Jack Sheraton on the second night

He definitely didn’t play it at Slane. Got a link to any pics or videos? I would be interested in seeing that!

Those gigs were amazing. That was Oasis for me growing up. They could have added Rock 'n' Roll Star indeed but the gig did not suffer in any way from it missing.
The energy, the live version of the songs, Liam's voice, everything was perfect for me. And I listened to that gig a shit load of times! I had a cassette I recorded off the telly of ...There and then (with the interviews and with some parts from Earl's Court).

I don't think Columbia would've worked here. Setlist is perfect, only song I would've liked to hear would actually be Shakermaker.
