from bbc sport:-
British number one Tim Henman will play rising star Andy Murray for the first time in round one of the Swiss Indoors tournament in Basel on Wednesday. Henman has dominated domestic tennis for years, but teenager Murray has made huge strides to reach 70 in the world.
The Scot, who is returning to action after a hamstring injury, lasted longer than Henman at Wimbledon.
And he got to the final of the Thailand Open earlier this month before losing to world number one Roger Federer.
Murray has been given a wildcard for the tournament, while 31-year-old Henman, ranked 26 in the world, is a two-time champion and seeded sixth this time.
"It's not going to be an easy match for either of us - it never is when you come up against somebody from the same country," Henman told his website.
"But I've managed to handle similar situations pretty well in the past when I've come up against Greg Rusedski, so I know what to expect.
"While there will obviously be bragging rights up for grabs, it's still only a first round match so it's important to keep things in perspective."
Henman and Murray have never faced each other in a competitive senior event, but have knocked up together.
"We practised in London last week and we've also practised together out here, so we get on well and we know how each other plays," said Henman.
"I actually had a funny feeling that we would play each other this week, but when I mentioned it at dinner the other night everybody just laughed it off."
get it right up him Andy!

Possibly a close call... Henman is fairly spineless and Murray lacks stamina /finishing power
I hope Murray wins..

I kind of hope Murray wins but henman always beats the other british players. Even when Rusedski was above Henman in about 1997 Henman still managed to win.

True, but then Murray is gonna be 10 times the player Rusedski ever was Murray is serving for the match *edit - Murray has blew it, its 1-1 in sets now ;D

Great to see it was a close match, bit boring though. it was good to see Murry come back just as I thought he was fading.
