Always sounded like a very, very early version of a The Girl In The Dirty Shirt/Stand by Me hybrid, you can hear the bridge to Girl and then a faint choral arrangement similar to Stand by Me. That's just what I hear, otherwise it's some obscure noodling that may not even be from Noel.

Yeah I thought I could hear The Girl In The Dirty Shirt in there as well when I listened back to it the other day, it’s not even like a proper instrumental though , no voices can be heard or proper instruments played, it’s a mess.
