Came up with this thread idea as a spin-off of the "What album did you last listen to?" thread. I am talking about any Oasis/Noel/NGHFB/Liam/Beady Eye gigs you last listened to. I thought this would be a fun way to see what Oasis stuff others are currently into as well.
Only rule: You had to have listened to the whole gig all the way through.
Over the past week for me:
Oakland 6/18/97 Leeds Festival 8/28/00 V Festival 8/20/05 Blackpool 10/20/95

I got a tasty selection of Oasis and LG shows for my birthday earlier this month:
Liam - Down By The River 2LP & CD set Oasis - Mansfield 2005 2CD Oasis - Eden Project 2009 2CD
All excellent quality and Noel's banter with the audience at Eden Project is great.

At this very moment I'm listening to Oasis live in Manchester 2005 the second night, full concert. However, I've been listening to a lot of Oasis's live recordings over the past few weeks.

I'm been trying to expand my Noel solo knowledge and would like to check it out.

Barrowlands 2001 I also love Rock in Rio 2001 though, which was recorded only a few days before I was born.

I think Liam's voice sounds really good on this one, especially on Lyla. A lot less throaty and toasty than later on in the tour.

But I do actually like the Manchester 2005 gigs from both nights anyway. It's just a pity that the first night was cut and that we didn't get all of the songs.

I'm listening to Oasis's final concert in 2009 right now at the V Festival. It's not one of their best and it's not a concert which I listen to a lot.

Yeah I've never understood why it was released with some of the songs missing any comments I've read on Youtube regarding the missing songs by people who were in attendance claim that the missing songs sounded good too.

Bring It On Down Liam's pissed off with the barrier still not being sorted. He's kinda arguing with Noel and some guy called Steve. Doesn't sing much of the song Morning GloryNothing wrong with this as far as I can tell Champagne SupernovaSounds like one of Noel's strings snapped. So the solo is fucked. Guess God Thinks I'm AbelLiam fucks up the lyrics to the first verse

I had only read other people's accounts of the show on Youtube but I have never been able to track down the audience recording of it.

It's a shame that certain songs were cut from the official release but I guess it was understandable if what happened during the missing songs.

But if there was nothing wrong with the Morning Glory performance then it should have been included in the dvd release.
