Whether it's just an album for Record Store Day or not it still doesn't make me want to buy it if it's an album full of covers and the same goes for a remix compilation especially if it's songs which I've already got. The RSD remix ep from 2019 was pretty awesome I'm not the one for remixes and they just don't interest me. |

How do I think its going to be an album and not an EP?
1. The price
2. The listing.
3. The catalog number.
Debut LP was listed JDNCLP10
Chasing Yesterday was JDNCLP18
Who Built The Moon was JDNCLP27
This RSD LP is listed as JDNCLP57 RSD
The EPs had all different catalog number.
Wait And Return was JDNC44T
Blue Moon Rising was JDNC53TC
And get this... what if its a double LP of remixes?
Yes - it could be.
But Chasing Yesterday Remixes catalog number was JDNC25T, which again follows the EP release catalog numbers.

great find. Almost £40? That has to be something bigger than just the 3 EPs compiled together. The “wait and return” EP is listed as only £11.99 on the website and that too was RSD... WBTM is much less and that’s just one full LP. Maybe he went full out and it’s live material, unreleased songs, and alt takes... |

Btw - it wouldn’t be unlike Noel to announce something closer to release. Today is exactly 2 months til RSD. WBTM was only announced 2 months prior to release and all the EPs had 6 week lead ins. Suspense is doing my head in lol

Here's my prediction.
A double album.
First LP - the three EPs plus one new song, which there'll be a video for.
Second LP - series of remixes for those tracks, maybe some that didn't make the EPs.
All 9 original tracks so far add to 37 minutes. One more 4 minute track would be perfect to divide to a single LP, five tracks each side.

Again, with that price and the catalog number, I really do think we’ll get something cool. Even if it’s a color reissue of the first album with a bonus LP with bsides, that’d still be cool.

The tour finished years ago though. I’m really not arsed about a live album. We already have hundreds of live versions. I’d take covers or remixes over that personally. X |
