Fuck this release. Absolutely pointless but the artwork is so beautiful I can't resist buying it. Personally I love this. At the right time, in the right club, on the right soundsystem... that Weatherall remix would be immense. 🙌 X |

was sure he was going to play it on that night in To. before North America's tour in 2011... but then he opened with Good To Be Free..and ended up playing only 2 new songs (out of 6) ((cheap bastard)) (((yes it was free but fuck him))) Should have played Broken Arrow too. |

I’m kinda late to the news but whatever
I’m a little bit disappointed w this album announcement as I expected legit new album from Noel this year not a compilation album. I don’t care much about mediocre instrumentals, remixes and Holy mountain (Noel’s version)
Also this cover omg, did some intern did it? I don’t believe that actual designer was involved. new single is very nice melodically, but I don’t like these lyrics, it’s like Noel Gallagher lyrics generator wrote them. good thing that lyrics are not that important to me

Id say early spring 2022 for next Noel album. Clears the decks for this best of in June, then Oasis in August, world will be in better shape and Noel will feel good touring in 2022 which is the best time to drop new music.

Knebworth release is actually October for cinemas (physical release for Xmas I imagine) rather than August (which would make more sense). But I agree, spring 2022 seems likely but October 2022 wouldn’t surprise me either. |

If he's really halfaway through the album then 6 months should be enough to finish, although I assume he'd want to take this summer off

But I agree, spring 2022 seems likely but October 2022 wouldn’t surprise me either. About the Knebworth doc: might have made sense under other circumstances, but film would have to be locked now for a proper August release and it sounds from what we've heard that it isn't. Also there's a general industry consensus right now that the fall release season will be more normal than the summer. Getting it in the anniversary year is close enough ... |
