Could it be a full release of "Mind Games" that he released a video of on John Lennon's birthday last October? That would be so disappointing... but definitely possible. RSD Thoughts............................. - My gut tells me its a compilation of the 3 EPs like we all predicted a year ago. - Feels like "We’re Gonna Get There In The End" could be the extra song to make it 10 tracks, a perfect 45 min length for a single LP as it is listed. - There has gotta be a reason why Noel didn't put "We’re Gonna Get There In The End" on iTunes or spotify when he dropped it late last year. He was priming us! Yeah that's what I was thinking also. Eww! Come on man! |

If it were just the 3 EPs compiled together, why not announce it yesterday with all the other releases? By the time RSD ‘21 happens, Black Star Dancing will be over 2 years old.

Actually I would love it to be We're Going To Get There In The End and I think that it would make sense as I doubt very much that Noel would write a new song especially for Record Store Day.
Also, I really hope that it's not a cover of John Lennon's Mind Games as I would be really disappointed.

Well, it’s says LP on the official RSD announcement so I would guess it’s the EP’s packaged up as an album. But, If it’s a new LP, we’ll be getting a single pretty soon wouldn’t we. And we all know they’ve just made a video...

Not sure if anyone picked up on this yet - but did you notice that the NGHFB RSD release doesn’t have a “limited amount” of copies? Most releases say Quantity: 2000 (just an example). But NG doesn’t have this. Maybe that’s in part to details being held back or it’ll be a widespread release that just happens to drop on RSD.

It's possible that its listed as TBD because there are still ongoing vinyl production delays due to the pandemic. Good ol' independent Noel is probably down the priority list when it comes to getting things pressed, so perhaps they just aren't sure yet if it will get pressed in time or how many copies, so they are taking the easy way out by waiting to announce it. I imagine that this delay will get worse again with increased cases of SARS-CoV-2 across Europe, especially for independent artists who don't have as much pull.
