Bit mad to have both All Around the World and Champagne Supernova on there, but settle on Sunday Morning Call for your closer.

Eh. Reaching here a bit. I don't think you can really call a single a number 1 unless it was number 1 in the UK singles chart, and Oasis only had 8 of those, so not quite enough for a compilation.
If you include number 2s as well the list gets to be album-length, but releasing an album of number 1s and number 2s feels like an admission of failure.

I do not think this is a great compilation. Certainly not when you already have Stop The Clocks and Time Flies.
This one has less that half its tracks from the nineties. And nothing from Definitely Maybe

True but this compilation is just Oasis number ones from different charts from around the world and Definitely Maybe didn't have any number one singles as far as I'm aware.

I agree that it would meet the requirement of including number ones. But the fact that it excludes anything for Definitely Maybe would make it unnecessary... especially with Stop The Clocks and Time Flies available.
If you want to do a number ones compilation, you need a career like the Beatles who had number ones is every phase of their career, so that their number ones compilation is pretty much a greatest hits/singles compilation.
Not many acts can genuinely achieve this. Even MJ had to include non-number ones from Thriller to represent that album better on his number ones compilation
