Just been listening to some live bits and pieces the last few days and have been choosing some live songs where Noel / Gem go to town on the guitar. This is a bit tricky as Noel isn't the most proficient on the guitar (though he isn't 'shit' like some people try to argue).
So far I have found:
Born on a Different Cloud - Finsbury Morning Glory - Berlin (Fucking love this solo at the end) The Masterplan (The DOYS tour but specifically River Plate Stadium) Slide Away outro - River Plate Stadium Gas Panic - Wembley Live Forever solo - COMS 05 Cigs and Alc outro - V Fest 05 (I love the outro... nothing special just punk rock)
Are there any more that have fallen by the wayside?

The intro to Supersonic at the Rosemont Horizon in Chicago in 1998. Nothing technically special about it, but Noel doing his best improvisation:

I've said it in another topic but I thought Noel's guitar playing on Champagne Supernova at Itunes Festival 2009 was brilliant throughout the whole song

One of my favourites is the extended outro for To Be Where There's Life from the DOYS tour, sounded so so good

Cigarettes and Alcohol, Leeds 2000
Beautiful introduction. Classic Noel melodic lead lines.
Fade In-Out, Budokan 1998
It won't blow your mind. In fact, it's very very simple. But the acoustic riffs throughout are aethereal.
Talk Tonight, Maida Vale 2000
Beautiful electric version. May be the only electric version? I've always liked the solo at the end. It fits the song nicely.

The second part of TIOBI intro during DOYS tour - when the march solo turns into gentle (don't know better word for that) rock part. It never happened in studio or DBTT or NGHFB times - that's why I think performing TIOBI during DOYS times was the best Noel he'd ever sounded

Soon Come Tomorrow live. I believe Gem does the first half with Andy on the second. A brilliant duet to be fair. 2:35 here:
