Nah, Magic Pie maybe shit but the other four songs are underrated and I don't agree with the title of this thread.

Give Magic Pie better lyrics and a Liam vocal and it'd be an absolute belter. Even as it is it's lightyears ahead of Hung in a Bad Place.

Let's All Make Believe: Fairly good but nothing more. It feels like a demo to me. Something's missing. Maybe it's the lack of a bridge? More instrumentation? I don't know. Liam's vocal is too exposed. People on here are forever talking about 'plodding drums', well this is a prime example. If it were on SOTSOG I think it'd likely ruin the flow of the album. Despite popular opinion I think 'Full On' is the best b-side of the era and it's a toss up between this and 'One Way Road' for 2nd place.
Stay Young: Or any Be Here Now era b-side really ('Going Nowhere' withstanding). It's just so, so average. The instrumentation is painfully overblown.
Born on a Different Cloud: Meh. Not the kind of song I want from Oasis personally.
Eyeball Tickler: Good attitude but the song is average at very best. I think people are just clinging to it because it's a rare mid-00's Liam sung rocker.

One of my favourite Liam vocals on that track - Magic Pie, shite - Hung in a bad place, raw but average. Decent gem number. - Fade Away, yeah i agree I don't think it has aged well. I think because it's considered a "classic" people love it, but there's more interesting songs from the early years definitely.

Fade Away is great especially the original b.side version. But I do love both versions of the song.

Give Magic Pie better lyrics and a Liam vocal and it'd be an absolute belter. This could be said about every other Oasis song. This or "with a better production it would be amazing".

I'm not sure it could, to be honest - change the lyrics or production to A Bell Will Ring all you want, it's still mediocre. Same for The Nature of Reality, or Hung in a Bad Place. They're just pretty poor songs. But Magic Pie has genuinely brilliant verses, some unique production, and more than a few sexy little musical moments like that guitar riff before the third verses or the initial trippy keyboards. It just has these two juddering flaws of a piss-poor Noel vocal and chorus lyrics that kill the whole momentum. Change those two things (and tidying up the usual Be Here Now production flaws, if you want) and it's a strong album track.
And I'll stand by it - in any form, just how brilliant that "and they are sleeping while they dream, but then they wanna be adored..." melody is, puts it well ahead of the majority of their tracks from 2001-2005. Plus, it takes you back to a time when Noel actually had fun playing the electric guitar, and was utterly fucking convinced of his own brilliance.
