Loving Noel's collaborations in the last couple of years. Unthinkable back in Oasis post-90s and early HFB days. Here's hoping he continues to tread that path and explore more. Good way to widen his presence with other audiences too.

Yeah I love this I know I'm not gonna like every collaboration but I always have the hope that something interesting can come out when two artists, even when they seem to be worlds apart, combine and do it because they truly want it and not because someone from their label said so It doesn't seem to go down very well with a portion of the Gallaghers fanbase unless it's one of the usual suspects, but I just find the ideas of collabs exciting Best case scenario you get something new to listen to and appreciate and you may even discover a new artist you wouldn't have approached in another way, worst case you can just avoid listening to it and it doesn't do any harm I thought the CamelPhat's one was great, I'm really looking forward to this with Shaun and the one with Dizzee because I like them both (Also, Noel mentioned Shaun as one of his dream collaborations a while back, and always cited him as one of his heroes, it's lovely that this is happening) |

I would have never heard of CamelPhat without Noel's collaboration with them. Now I love their album and listen to it regularly. The more annoyed the Oasis fanbase gets the more I'm probably about to like what Noel is doing/about to do is what I'm finding. They need to expand their minds a tad. |
