The King of melody is back. Listen loud , this is amazing. He is 78!!! 78!!! His solo career is full of undiscovered great songs. This is not his most melodic song but then neither was Helter Skelter. I was hooked from the 2nd listen. With a good video it could do the business...he deserves it.

Sure there's some nice heavy guitar on it but let's face it - overprocessed vocals and awful lyrics (like the rest of the album).
Might have been nice as an instrumental.

Sounds like someone ripped off Max era Sepultura.

I like the new album a lot - not on a par with McCartney I or II but as late career efforts go, it's great to hear him still knocking quality tunes out here and there. Probably his strongest since Chaos & Creation or Fireman album if you count the latter (although not as good as Chaos & Creation which is a hidden gem). But certainly better than recent studio albums which are spoilt by the more MOR elements (think Ryan Tedder co-wrote a tune from the last one).
McCartney proving that he's at his best when there's a sense of abandon and he's less self-conscious about the work he's doing.
