Nice song with a good melody (Cheesy lyrics though). I would prefer to hear it acoustic, the drums are rather plodding. The way he's been talking on Matt's podcast I think he's basically recording "demos" filling in until he can get the musicians in the studio, so I assume if this ever makes it on a record it will be similar, just with re-done keys, drums and horns

Better artwork. It's a kind of song what the most people would expect from Noel Gallager.
Anyway, nice surprise, Noel. Wishing you and your family a safe New Year's Eve and a healthy 2021!

Very fitting for the end of 2020. Very Sail On, Don't Stop... lyrically, and even gives me a little bit of Lyla vibes. Probably ends up as a b-side/extra by the time the album comes out.

Really nice melody, dig the optimistic vibe, but “Don’t fight the feeling, don’t stop believing” is way too 80s lyrics pasta for my taste. Very lovely of him to put it out right now, though, regardless of that.

Lovely tune. I like it. Especially:
Tonight! ... Tonight! Gonna let that dream take flight And when the morning comes Will you wake up by my side?

So, after a hour long loop that prevented me from doing more productive stuff, I think I can say I love it
I'm reading lots of people saying it sounds like early HFB, and I get it, but this feels a lot more lively to me, even with a dodgy mix
Hope we're gonna get there (in a field with a beer singing our hearts out) in the end

Nice song with a good melody (Cheesy lyrics though). I would prefer to hear it acoustic, the drums are rather plodding. It is only a demo tbf. Noel is rather found of plodding drums on finished songs too. I get your point though and hopefully, the studio version will have a bit more life in it.

Nice little tune!
It doesn't sound like nghfb/cy to me. A few days ago I listened to nghfb and I was surprised to hear how bad it has aged, I used to love it but now it sounds kinda boring.
On the other hand this sounds fresh, it could be a very good song if he decides to record it properly. Nice one noel.

That is actually the first song from Noel that gets me excited in a long time. I missed this style of songs that only Noel can write. I hope there is more to come. I also wish you all the best and hopefully a return back to normal life in 2021!

Backing track sounds a bit like who put the weight of the world on my shoulders too. I suppose it wont be a stand out track of the next release. If so, then we're in for a very strong record

Love it. It has lightness but at the same time is moving. A bit like Sail On but more uptenpo. I will always be amazed about how Mr Noel Gallagher can produce one indelible melody after another and then use them as the third track in a EP, a end of year gift to fans with no promotion or a obscure collaboration with a House group

Same, HFB1 is hard to listen to in its entirety for me by now. This sounds really good for a demo, and it's classic Noel songwriting. Cheers!

Meh, rather dull I thought. Certainly nowhere near the quality of Sail On. Once again, rather mid paced and plodding and the drums ruin it. A shame he's backed out from the adventurous cinematic sound he had for Who Built The Moon and reverted back to this.
Much prefer All You're Dreaming Of, now that's really grown on me.
