Would appreciate any big NBA fan who can answer these questions: Has a team ever come back from 3-0 down to win the NBA Finals? Has a rookie ever been selected for the All-Star game? Has a rookie ever won the playoff MVP? What was the reason behind The Celtics falling away after such domination in the 60s (I think they've only won it three times since '69)? Cheers

To your questions...
- Has a team ever come back from 3-0 down to win the NBA Finals? No, a team has never, ever come back from a 3-0 deficit.
- Has a rookie ever been selected for the All-Star game? Yes, multiple times. Including Kobe Bryant, who was widely critiziced (!?!?!?!?!) for starting on the All-Star Game, but not on his team, the LA Lakers, LeBron James, and Yao Ming.
- Has a rookie ever won the playoff MVP? Not that i know of. But I'm really lost on this one.
- What was the reason behind The Celtics falling away after such domination in the 60s (I think they've only won it three times since '69)? 30 years is a lot of time. A team can stop dominating the league in less time than that, combining retiring players and aweful managerial staff (the Chicago Bulls of Jordan, won 6 titles in the '90s and were one of the worst teams when Jordan retired.)
